Resorts was initially formed in Hawaii in 1980. Consolidated
Resorts has been an instrumental leader in pioneering the vacation
ownership industry. Today, Consolidated Resorts is the most
experienced vacation ownership developer in Hawaii.

Consolidated Resorts has grown to 13 vacation ownership
properties. These, together with a select number of strategic development
and expansion projects, have placed the company in an extremely competitive

to provide customers with premium vacation accommodations year after

Consolidated Resorts currently operates in three states. The company
owns and operates nine resorts in Hawaii: The Imperial Hawaii Waikiki,
The Kona Islander on the Big Island, and its seven Maui resorts which
include the Hono Koa, Kahana Villa Resort, Sands of Kahana Vacation
Club, Maui Beach Vacation Club, The Gardens at West Maui, Kahana Beach
and Maui Banyan. The company also owns and operates Club de Soleil, Tahiti and Tahiti Village in Las Vegas, Nevada and Villas at Regal Palms in Orlando, Florida.
